Built for UAE financial institutions
DocChat was engineered from the ground up to solve a very specific problem for a very specific audience: the secure, compliant collection of sensitive KYC documentation within the highly regulated United Arab Emirates financial sector.
We do not build generic software for every industry. By focusing exclusively on financial services, we ensure that every feature, security control, and compliance certification we pursue directly benefits our core user base. We understand the unique pressures of regulatory audits, the necessity of data residency, and the paramount importance of preserving institutional trust.
Industries We Serve
Our platform is tailored to meet the strict security and operational requirements of several key verticals within the regional financial ecosystem.
Retail and Corporate Banking
Traditional banks face immense challenges modernizing legacy onboarding workflows. Relationship managers frequently resort to insecure channels like personal email or consumer messaging apps to expedite document collection from high-net-worth clients or corporate entities. DocChat replaces these shadow IT practices with a branded, cryptographically secure portal that satisfies the demands of both the compliance department and the end-user.
Fintech and Digital Challengers
Digital-first financial institutions require agile, secure solutions that integrate into their onboarding workflows. DocChat is designed to allow automated document request flows and secure retrieval of encrypted payloads, reducing manual intervention and accelerating time-to-revenue.
Insurance Providers
The collection of life and health insurance documentation necessitates a secure pipeline for policyholders to submit medical reports and claim evidence, ensuring alignment with local data privacy frameworks.
Currency Exchanges and Remittance Centers
High-volume currency exchange operations are subject to intense Anti-Money Laundering (AML) scrutiny. DocChat allows these businesses to rapidly collect source-of-funds declarations, ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) structures, and updated identification documents from their clients, establishing an immutable audit trail for CBUAE examiners.
Design Partner Program
Program Notice: DocChat is currently onboarding an initial cohort of design partners among UAE financial institutions.
We believe in proving value before making public claims. We are onboarding an initial cohort of design partners among UAE financial institutions. During this phase, we are rigorously testing our infrastructure and refining our onboarding workflows based on direct feedback from front-line relationship managers and Chief Compliance Officers.
We anticipate transitioning to General Availability and publishing detailed case studies outlining operational efficiency gains and compliance improvements in Q3 2026. We do not publish fabricated testimonials or utilize unauthorized logos. Our reputation is built on verifiable technical excellence and regulatory alignment.
Geographic Coverage and Expansion
Currently, DocChat’s infrastructure and legal framework are hyper-focused on the United Arab Emirates. All data storage and processing occur within the Azure UAE North region, leveraging in-region high availability to guarantee alignment with local data sovereignty mandates.
As we stabilize our UAE operations, we have charted a strategic expansion roadmap for the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Beginning in 2027, we plan to deploy localized, compliant infrastructure pods in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (aligning with SAMA and NDMO regulations) and the Kingdom of Bahrain (aligning with CBB frameworks).
